Answers that beat waiting a day.
Do I have to talk to sales to start?
No. Essential is $99 a month, self-serve, and includes one license — start the trial, add licenses later. Sales is for the walkthrough, procurement paperwork, or a migration you would rather not run alone.
Which plans can I buy today?
Essential, at $99 a month or 20% off billed annually. Pro ($149), Business ($399) and Enterprise ($999) are published so you can plan and open late September; those prices are indicative until release.
How many licenses come with a plan?
One, on every plan. An extra license costs the list price of the tier below yours and carries the same annual discount, so the blended rate per license never moves with headcount.
Can we get your security documentation and a DPA?
We hold no completed audit yet and will not claim one. We will send our security documentation — architecture, data handling, subprocessors and a DPA — and tell you exactly where we are if a formal audit is a requirement for you. Pick the security lane and name the review you are running; we send the pack rather than schedule a call.
We are a GC, not a subcontractor. Can we use it yet?
Subcontractors & Estimators is the live service today. General Contractors & PM, Owners & Developers, Architects & Engineers, Accounting, HR, Vendors & Manufacturers and Cloud Storage are pre-launch — tell us which one and we will put you on its list.
Bring a set of drawings. We’ll price them with you.
Or start on your own — Essential is self-serve and takes about a minute to set up.
