Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Core 137. By creating a workspace, you agree to be bound by them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you represent.

You are responsible for the credentials and access of every member you invite to your workspace. We never share passwords across services and we recommend SSO for any team larger than five.

You own your content. We need a limited licence to store, process and display it solely to deliver Core 137 to you and your team. We do not train shared models on your private workspace content.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. We prorate seat changes against the current period. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Don’t use Core 137 to break the law, to harm anyone, or to send spam. Don’t run untrusted code against other tenants. Our full Acceptable Use Policy is the authoritative reference.

Either of us may terminate the agreement with written notice. If we terminate for cause, you remain responsible for fees through the end of your then-current period. We will export and return your data on request.

We provide Core 137 “as is” and disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent allowed by law. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the prior 12 months.

We give 30 days’ notice of any material change. Continued use of Core 137 after a change means you accept the updated terms.
