Before you compare it to what you have.

  • How is this different from a PM suite plus a takeoff tool?

    In a stack, the takeoff, the proposal, the schedule and the invoice are four documents that agree only as long as somebody keeps re-typing them. In Core 137 they are one record seen from four angles — which is what the four phases above are actually showing you.

  • Which features are gated behind a higher tier?

    The capability list is the same on every plan. Tiers change scale and governance — licenses, storage, EU data residency on Business and above, SSO and audit logs at Enterprise. You will not hit a paywall in the middle of a bid.

  • We only need one phase. Can we start there?

    Yes — plenty of subs start at precon and never leave the estimate surface for the first month. The phases are how the record flows, not a sequence you are required to buy into. Adding the next one is turning it on, not migrating to it.

  • Can I bring my existing projects across?

    Yes — drawing sets, files and projects import from most PM and file-sync tools, with CSV and API loaders for whatever is left. Accounting syncs two ways once connected.
