Essential is $99 a month and it is the whole product as it stands today: the takeoff and tracing canvas inside every project, takeoff pricing and cost calculations, 1 TB of cloud storage for your drawings and files, team management, unlimited projects and estimates, clients and invoicing, and the mobile field app. One license is included and you can add as many as you need at $99 each.
Late September. They add the AI estimator and assemblies, the live cost database across 38 regions, RFIs and submittals, change-order automation, SSO and SCIM, EU data residency and self-hosting. Prices are published now so you can plan, but they are not final until release and nothing can be bought against them yet.
Each active member is one license. Every plan includes one, and each extra costs the list price of the plan below — on Essential that is $99, and when the higher plans open it will be $99 on Pro, $149 on Business and $399 on Enterprise. You set the count at signup or anytime in workspace settings; changes are prorated. Subs you invite to bid never count as licenses.
Nothing changes unless you choose to move. Essential stays a plan in its own right at its own price, and your projects, clients and history come with you if you upgrade.
Where your workspace runs. US cloud is included on Essential and every plan. EU cloud (GDPR residency, Frankfurt + Dublin) and self-hosted — Core 137 on your own infrastructure — arrive with Business and Enterprise in late September.
